In a single (45 minute) online fitness and nutrition consultation, we offer:

  • A basic training routine adapted to your commitment and the equipment you have.
  • Tips for how to maintain diet adherence and live the fitness lifestyle.
  • We’ll also review and answer any questions about diet, health and nutrition that you send us before your call.

Please note that there is no follow-up on a single consultation.

Continuous Coaching

Our continuous customized for you nutrition and fitness coaching includes:
